Renault, with a rebrand as Alpine, would go into the 2021 season and bring back a two-time world champion in the form of, Fernando Alonso and French driver, Esteban Ocon to pilot the A521.
Luca De Meo is optimistic for Alpine to be successful in its journey in Formula One and hinted at the use of technology in motorsport as well other ways of fuel consumption.

Alpine has technology plans
In an interview with FAZ, De Meo said, “seen as often as possible on television and in the newspapers from 2022 at the latest, that regularly drives onto the podium and wins one or the other race.”
However, he also urges Formula One to consider steps to become “greener” by having greater electrification of combustion engines or through using alternative fuels, the ones that are synthetic, also think that Alpine has the capability “to grow as a mixture of mini Ferrari and mini Tesla”
Formula One is at the center stage to further progress and innovates technology to reduce and eliminate the carbon emission that is emitted by its internal combustion engine.
The F1 hybrid power unit delivering more power than having to use less fuel than any other car and with the help of advanced sustainable fuel and an engine recovery system giving an opportunity to net-zero carbon hybrid power unit.
Moreover, De Meo must not ahead of himself with the thoughts of winning races and achieving podiums, only time will be the judge of that as they set out on their new adventure in the sport of F1.
A journey awaits
The team is the latest rebranding of an F1 team along with Racing Point who have become Aston Martin, as the season starts in Bahrain on the 28th of March, the new team would exactly know where they are heading in this cut-throat competition of motorsport.
