Max Verstappen is arguably the most ruthless and lethal driver on the F1 grid at the moment. The Dutchman makes the move when he wants to and has everything under control. Let’s assume someone close to him gets locked in a room, what would you expect Verstappen to do? Get a precision tool or a lock pick to open the door, right? No, the Dutchman smashed a hole in the door with a hammer to get his cat out and almost broke his shoulder while doing the same.

Just goes on to show what limits he’d go to save his cats. And in another adorable moment, Max Verstappen extends his love for cats by revealing his $70 phone case on stream. But what phone cover was it? How did it showcase his love for the cats? Let’s get into the details of Verstappen’s live stream and phone cover revelation.

The 3X world champion has two lovely Bengal cats named Jimmy and Sassy. Verstappen used to have Persian Cats while growing up which stemmed his love for the breed. However, Verstappen almost named his cats something else during a sim race livestream, where the cats walked around his pedals and disturbed him. The Dutchman then called the cats, “Lewis and Toto”. But we guarantee that he would love them the same no matter what they were called.

As the drivers took a short break before the upcoming Miami GP, Max Verstappen decided to Livestream and showed us the most adorable phone case ever. The phone case had a picture of a cat, which actually looked like the Chinese GP winners’ Bengal cats. Now you might be wondering what cover it was. It was Castify’s Impact Case Magsafe compatible case with the design name “Cat” by Maja Tomlijanovic. The case is worth $70.

The photos of the case have been going around the Social Media platforms like crazy with fans going head over heels for Verstappen’s love for cats. So many cats are too many cats for the Dutchman?

Max Verstappen would like to have 100 Cats

Yes, you read that right. A century of cats is what Max Verstappen’s aim is. While it might be difficult to look after 100 cats, considering the busy F1 schedule, one thing that we’ve learned is nothing is impossible for the 3X champ. Interestingly, Max Verstappen named his cats after the two nightclubs in the principality of Monaco, Club Jimmy’s and Sass Cafe. If Verstappen does eventually get 100 cats, Monaco might need to open up a few more clubs.

During one of Max Verstappen’s live streams, he was asked if the Dutchman would like more cats, to which he replied, “I would like a 100 cats, but also you have to take care of them.” Verstappen did point out that taking care of 100 cats would be difficult. But just imagining Max Verstappen, Kelly Piquet, Penelope and 100 cats under a single roof is so wholesome. Yet, Verstappen lives in constant fear that his cats will destroy his home in Monaco. The 3X champ said, “I just want to get home. See my cats, probably they’ve destroyed the whole apartment.”
